Job Purpose

Emirates Skywards seeks to be an inspiring and engaging global loyalty programme for Emirates and FlyDubai. There are a number of key roles within our Skywards Group that are essential to the success of this this programme. From product design, e-commerce and analytics, through to business development, strategic partnerships and member engagement our Skywards team is filled with exciting opportunities!

The Partnerships Activation Manager will lead the development of strategic and tactical partnership activation plans to drive member engagement and revenue growth. Support the Manager Partnerships Activation in shaping the overall activation strategy, aligning with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring the activation team to deliver high-performing insight-led initiatives.

In This Role You Will

  • Develop and lead annual and quarterly activation strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Emirates Skywards business goals. Oversee activation streams for product and partnership launches.
  • Work with account leads to create partner activations that drive return on investments member engagement, and revenue. Identify and activate cross-sell and synergy opportunities to enhance member value propositions.
  • Negotiate access to partner-owned, earned, and paid media channels to enhance Emirates Skywards visibility and position Skywards Miles as a key loyalty currency.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to align on business objectives and outcomes, represent the Partnerships team in wider program initiatives and activations, and influence lifecycle communications to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for portfolio activations and mentor team members to support growth and high-performance culture.

Qualification

To be successful in this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 8+ years in Commercial Sales or similar
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Marketing or similar
  • Self motivated, proactive and highly organised with the ability to prioritise objectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Able to adapt and work under pressure.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
