We are looking for a passionate Padel Coach and Court Co-ordinator to join our team as soon as possible.
The Padel Coach and Court Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality padel coaching to students and community members, coordinating bookings, managing court facilities, overseeing payment collections, and contributing to the promotion of padel through marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Padel Coaching
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging padel coaching sessions for beginners to advanced levels.
Teach fundamental techniques, tactics, rules, and sportsmanship of padel.
Motivate, guide, and mentor students to achieve their potential in both recreational and competitive settings.
Ensure safe practices, injury prevention, and first aid response when required.
Organize and supervise padel tournaments, leagues, and after-school activities.
Court Coordination and Facility Management
Manage court bookings and scheduling to maximize usage and efficiency.
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of padel courts and related equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Liaise with external contractors for repairs and facility improvements.
Administration and Financial Oversight
Coordinate booking systems, ensuring transparency and accessibility for users.
Oversee collection of payments for bookings, lessons, and events, maintaining accurate records.
Provide regular reports on usage, revenue, and operational matters.
Marketing and Community Engagement
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for padel programs.
Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and school platforms.
Promote padel within the school and local community, encouraging participation and growth.
Act as an ambassador for NIS padel programs, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
Customer Care
Provide quality services, ensuring participants’ needs are met.
Respond promptly and professionally to feedback and inquiries.
Represent the school positively with students, parents, and external visitors.
Professional Development
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance coaching and management skills.
Share good practices with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
Ensure team members are aware of customer and student ethics and consistently model respectful behavior.
Position Requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Professional experience in padel coaching (certifications preferred).
Experience in facilities or sports program management, preferably in an educational setting.
Relevant certifications in sports coaching, health & safety, or first aid (preferred, but training will be provided).
3+ years of experience in coaching, event management, commercial coordination, or venue operations.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilities management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and sports facility operations.
Ability to create engaging digital and social media content.
Language
English is mandatory.
Arabic is an advantage.
