Job Description

PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing all facets of the outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service leading to creating unforgettable moments for guests’ worth sharing.

Assists the Outlet General Manager in day-to-day operations, leads by example and instils a culture of continuous learning and improvement among Colleagues. Plan, organize and manage all processes of the outlet ensuring that the outlet provides quality food and beverage service that is consistent with the Group’s standards and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.
