Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, your role will be pivotal in driving the business's sales activities by engaging directly with customers and clients outside the traditional office environment. You will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to contribute significantly to the company’s revenue and growth. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and convince clients in choosing your company's products or services. A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for outdoor sales and client engagement will thrive in this role. You will also need to adapt to various customer needs and exhibit a proactive approach to overcome sales challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and establish positive relationships with them.
  • Conduct client meetings to pitch the company’s products and services effectively.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to close advantageous deals.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and solving complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Organize sales activities and client meetings to optimize time and results.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management on a regular basis.
  • Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts for leadership insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance.
  • Participate in networking events and industry functions to gain exposure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in outdoor or field sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals under favorable terms.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer needs and tailor sales approaches.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
