What We’re Looking For
- Strong commitment to driving exceptional ‘FIVE-Star’ Food and Beverage Experiences, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Food and Beverage Management Role in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
- Proactive in Contributing Innovatively towards next-level Food and Beverage Development and Guest Experiences.
- Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
- FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearheads and manages all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring Seamless Execution and Unparalleled Service.
- Plans, directs, and monitors services and ‘FIVE-Star’ Food and Beverage Standards in all outlets and kitchens, ensuring Managers take Corrective actions as necessary in adherence to FIVE’s Policies and Industry-Leading standards.
- Ensures all Food and Beverage ‘FIVERs’ adhere to FIVE’s grooming standards, Relentlessly enforcing Hygiene standards to demonstrate a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Image consistent with FIVE’s Gold Standard.
- Oversees the Training and Development of ‘FIVERs,’ fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement and Excellence.
- Inspires and drives the FIVE Tribe to Elevate Individual Performance through Bespoke Coaching and creates Development and Succession plans for ‘FIVERs.’
- Fosters a Culture of Collaboration and Innovation, ensuring the Food and Beverage Team remains Motivated and Aligned with FIVE’s award-winning standards.
- Plans and implements Visionary Food and Beverage-related programmes, policies, and procedures to ensure FIVE’s World-Class standards are consistently met.
- Participates in preparing the Annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing Plans, contributing to FIVE’s Strategic Direction.
- Closely monitors the profitability of all Food and Beverage concepts, providing Solutions to Enhance performance and implementing Corrective Measures as needed.
- Contributes to the Preparation of the Budget and monitors the Financial performance of Food and Beverage concepts, identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance and Capitalising on potential Improvement Opportunities.
- Is Accountable for the full Profit and Loss of all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring Financial Targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintains stability in Service Delivery across all existing operations, upholding the Highest Standards of Service Excellence and controlling Operating Expenses.
- Monitors the Activities and Trends of competitor hotels, restaurants, and bars, identifying and acting on Opportunities to Modernise equipment, service methods, and product presentation.
- Collaborates with the Executive Chefs on menu engineering and portion control, ensuring the Highest Food Standards are achieved while selling at the correct prices.
- Continuously Improves Guest Satisfaction by enhancing service methods and product presentation, maintaining a Competitive Advantage and Delivering an Exquisite Guest experience.
- Carries out all assignments and instructions delegated by the Higher Management of FIVE, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to Implicitly.
- Liaises with various Departments to ensure Cohesive and Efficient operations, contributing to FIVE’s overall success and reputation.
