As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within our organization. You will be responsible for supporting the operations team by performing a variety of tasks, including managing logistics, coordinating with departments, and ensuring that our processes run efficiently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with team members across various departments, providing administrative support and contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our operational functions. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of daily operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company operations and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and communications.
  • Help organize and maintain the operations department's filing system and databases.
  • Work closely with team members to improve operational efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements for operations personnel.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and improvements within the operations team.
  • Conduct research to support project planning and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures in operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to project execution.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
