A leading pharmaceutical distribution company in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of products, with a focus on either supplements or oral care solutions, to healthcare professionals across the region.
Job Description
- Promote and sell supplements or oral care products, as well as other assigned medical items, to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and market growth.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and client support.
- Provide valuable feedback from the field to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
- Track sales performance and consistently work toward achieving or exceeding targets.
A successful Medical Sales Representative should have:
- A willingness to travel locally within Dubai for client meetings Bachelors degree in pharmacy, science, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a leading distributor in the country, specifically with supplements or dental oral care
- Strong interest in health care, supplements, and oral care products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license with flexibility to travel across the territory.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
