Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for our Fragrances division, someone who possesses a deep passion for the world of aromatic products and a strong background in strategic marketing. This is a pivotal role that focuses on leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive both brand awareness and sales growth. As our Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life through innovative campaigns, impactful storytelling, and effective distribution strategies. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our market position, understanding consumer needs, and leading the charge in the ever-evolving fragrance market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage the product marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify new consumer trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product innovations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising, promotions, and digital content.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Organize and manage events, trade shows, and product launch activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and devise innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize resources for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement channel partner marketing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the fragrance or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including CRM software, SEO, and PPC ads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
