About Our Client
Our client is a purpose driven Health tech start up in Dubai, they simplify holistic wellness-making it more accessible, organized, and trustworthy. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who's excited by the pace of start ups, driven by purpose, and ready to take full ownership of marketing operations.
Job Description
The role will include working directly with the founders playing a key role in shaping brand and growth strategy, especially across social media, paid campaigns, email, and digital content.
Marketing Execution
Plan and run digital campaigns across paid social (Meta, Google), email, and WhatsApp
Own and manage the marketing calendar and content rollouts
Create and coordinate newsletters, announcements, and email campaigns
Assist in SEO planning, blog strategy, and website content
Liaise with freelancers (design, content, PR) as needed
Support PR and press efforts-logistics, outreach, and coordination
Contribute to campaign and landing page copy
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
Social Media Management
Own and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Manage the content calendar, write captions, and maintain a consistent brand voice
Use Canva (or similar tools) to create visual assets
Monitor analytics and continuously optimize for engagement and reach
Engage with the community: respond to messages, comments, and interactions
Community & Partnerships
Support both online and offline events, webinars, and campaigns
Help coordinate with partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors
Stay up to date with marketing trends-especially in wellness and digital media
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the role:
4+ years experience in marketing and/or social media roles (startup or wellness background is a plus
A doer with a proactive mindset waiting for instructions
Arabic language skills is an advantage
Candidate needs to be based in UAE with local experience ideally
Strong in content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing basics
Experienced with paid media tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and email platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
Familiar with SEO, blog strategy, and performance tracking
Skilled in Canva, Figma, and other creative tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, resourceful, and action-oriented
Genuine interest in wellness, health tech, or mission-driven brands
