Job Description

The role of a Marketing & Communication Executive is integral to the success of a company's brand and public perception. This position involves strategizing, implementing, and managing a range of communication activities and marketing campaigns that reinforce the company’s brand and support its strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in digital marketing, excellent writing skills, and a flair for creativity which is essential for crafting compelling narratives across various platforms. They will work closely with a diverse team and must demonstrate an ability to maintain consistent messaging while adapting campaigns to dynamic market conditions. A proactive approach, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, is essential for fostering relationships with stakeholders and partners to amplify the company’s reach and impact.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support company objectives.
  • Create, edit, and oversee the production of marketing materials across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create product-specific promotional strategies and tools.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media engagements.
  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and agencies to support business growth.
  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Provide monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and communication methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing relationships with media, clients, partners, and agencies.
