  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to keep marketing strategies relevant and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing roles required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing channels preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
