Marketing And Communication Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a strategic Marketing & Communications Specialist (UAE National) with a well-rounded mix of experience across internal communications, external messaging, content development, digital support, and marketing coordination.

In this role, you’ll take a lead on internal communications, helping drive employee engagement and alignment, while also contributing to Khazna’s broader brand and marketing priorities. You’ll support key messaging campaigns, assist with the coordination of our events calendar, and work closely with teams across the business, including Learning & Development, HR, Strategy, and IT. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creation and coordination of internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and business-wide updates.


• Partner with the Learning & Development team to shape communications that support employee engagement, onboarding, and development initiatives.


• Support the development of content for external channels, ranging from social media and presentations to thought leadership and press materials.


• Help manage and maintain the integrated events and communications calendar, ensuring alignment across internal milestones and external industry moments.


• Coordinate Khazna’s presence at key events and conferences, providing communications and content support, as well as on-site assistance when needed.


• Contribute to the development of team resources, including reports, templates, and presentations, and support day-to-day team coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

• UAE National (mandatory requirement)


• 3–5 years’ experience in a communications, marketing, or PR role


• Experience working in an agency, SME, or tech-driven environment is strongly preferred


• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills


• Able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging


• Strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail and project coordination skills


• Confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners


• A collaborative, proactive team player who’s comfortable balancing multiple workstreams


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with intranet platforms, CMS tools, social scheduling platforms, and AI tools to support productivity is a plus
