Job Summary:

Join our customers team as a Senior Product Designer and play a key role in shaping products that delight users while setting the standard for visual and interaction excellence. You’ll be working not just in the main product, but also brand and design strategies across the company. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and raising the bar for digital design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage user feedback and data analytics to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and define elegant product solutions with clear success metrics.
• Ideate, develop, and prototype new concepts—transforming them into user flows and interactive prototypes ready for real-world testing.
• Champion a user-centered design process, rapidly iterating and validating concepts through user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers to create interview scripts and actively participate in user testing sessions.
• Own deliverables end-to-end, from whiteboard sketches to high-fidelity final designs, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted.
• Work closely with engineers to navigate technical constraints and ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
• Continuously seek improvement by questioning assumptions, experimenting with new ideas, and maintaining exemplary quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design with a proven track record of shipping high-impact products.
• Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools such as Framer, Protopie, or Principle.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, visual composition, typography, and industry design heuristics.
• Strong familiarity with Apple HID and Google Material Design guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Demonstrated empathy for users, with a willingness to conduct field research and usability tests.
• Located in, or open to relocating to, Dubai for an on-site role.

• Proactive, taking initiative and demonstrating a strong work ethic with a bias for action.
• Proven ability to align multidisciplinary teams around a bold design vision and execute rapidly without sacrificing user value.
• Experience influencing both product strategy and brand direction within fast-paced environments.
