The Marketing Agency Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the operations of a marketing agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, and managing a dynamic team of marketing professionals. This position requires a strong leader with a keen understanding of marketing strategies, client management, and team coordination. The Marketing Agency Manager will work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and oversee their successful execution. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve agency objectives and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
