Job Description

As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a critical role in the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining marketing databases. Additionally, you will assist in the creation and management of marketing materials, support digital marketing efforts, and communicate with vendors and stakeholders. The position requires a proactive individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and ensure their accuracy.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials and content.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing trends and report on findings to the marketing team.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors for marketing-related needs.
  • Manage the marketing team's digital files and resources for easy access.
  • Prepare and compile materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial record-keeping for marketing projects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and ideas.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and marketing standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing support or administration role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with marketing software, tools, and social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing databases or CRMs.
