Job Description

Manager sales will be in charge of the sales development within the assigned territory, with the objective of reaching the allocated sales and profitability targets.

Job Responsabilities / Roles

You will have an in-depth relationship with distributors and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Develop and drive sales in the region with defined sales targets to achieve including the development of future strategies.
  • Ensure ongoing reporting, analyze sales & distribution, provide sellout information and gather market intelligence.
  • Develop, adapt and implement overall brand strategy with local distributors in coordination with the brand.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors / agent / retail accounts and develop strong relationship with them.
  • Visit local markets and drive business jointly with distributors and conduct staff trainings.
  • Impact on local distribution, product and marketing strategy and develop mid-term plans with our local partners to significantly increase the business.
  • Active monitoring of operational marketing, including media, advertising and public relations activities in close coordination with marketing department.
  • Drive the accuracy and delivery of sales forecasts.
  • Manage several product launches throughout the year and closely monitor the introduction of new collections.

Skills And Experience

  • Results-oriented sales’ person with a commercial background.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar position in the watch industry or closely related industries and within a distributor environment.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of another European language would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (team player, communication, negotiation) and positive attitude.
  • Abilities to interact with various levels of management.
  • Abilities for project management and problem solving.
  • Good stress management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Hard worker, autonomous and proactive.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a plus) and generally comfortable with computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Willingness to develop and grow within the organization.
