Job Description

Manager Digital Key Accounts will oversee the online sales strategy and operations for our brand. This role involves managing the e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and driving sales through digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee website performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
    • Utilize analytics tools to inform strategy and improve customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing and engagement initiatives.
    • Address customer inquiries and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists and digital marketers
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing software.
