What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding journey for all employee levels (junior to executive).
  • Implement scalable, digital-first onboarding programs to enhance engagement and reduce administrative friction.
  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-boarding and Day 1 logistics, including IT, access cards, and documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Facilities, Hiring Managers, and new hires to ensure readiness.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to tailor onboarding experiences for functional needs.
  • Ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory, audit, and legal requirements (e.g., EID, visa, contracts).
  • Oversee background checks, document collection, and verification processes.
  • Create engaging welcome kits, induction programs, and feedback loops.
  • Track onboarding metrics (time-to-productivity, drop-offs, satisfaction scores).
  • Use data to make informed process improvements and report KPIs to leadership.

What We are Looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in onboarding or HR operations, with 3+ in a managerial role.
  • MS office skills (Outlook, Word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with onboarding software (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors).
