As a Luxury Charter Sales Consultant specializing in Private Jets, you will play a crucial role in connecting affluent clients with exclusive travel experiences. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various sales channels and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Consult with clients to understand their luxury travel needs and preferences for private jet charters.
  • Prepare tailored charter flight proposals that align with clients' bespoke travel requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close charter agreements successfully.
  • Coordinate with private jet operators and suppliers to secure aircraft and routes for clients.
  • Ensure all aspects of the logistics and travel itinerary are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, managing any client requests or issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments within the luxury travel and aviation industry.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Input and manage client data using CRM systems to track sales activity and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the luxury, travel, or aviation sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-profile clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury travel and private jet sectors is preferred.
  • A client-centric mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other related software to manage client relationships.
