About The Role

Royal Tea Room in the iconic lobby of Atlantis The Royal is the most sophisticated tearoom in Dubai serving luxury afternoon tea with a backdrop of Skyblaze fountain show. We are looking for experienced Waitresses who are comfortable with a lobby lounge environment and dedicated to curating long-lasting luxury-feel memories for the guests.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages, daily specials, on-going promotions, etc.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
• Follow the standard sequence of service as per Forbes Guide and outlet SOP
• Actively upsell at all opportunities to help increase the average check
• Anticipate guests needs and to react to these in order to provide maximum guests satisfaction and to promote guest relations
• Assist the Head Waiter in running the daily operations
  
  

About You

We are looking for experienced F&B service enthusiasts with previous experience in high volume environment, ideally with background in a 5* property. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and be able to carry the conversation in an engaging and professional manner. You will possess satisfactory beverage knowledge and have a proactive approach towards learning about new cuisines.
