Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Logistics Manager for Lifting Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of logistics related to lifting operations, including managing equipment, personnel, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement logistics plans for lifting operations, considering factors such as equipment availability, personnel expertise, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Manage a team of logistics staff involved in lifting operations, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to lifting operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards in all lifting operations.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in lifting operations.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to lifting operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
