Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Linux-based production environments
- Configure firewalls, load balancers, cron jobs, and user access policies
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python
- Set up system monitoring and alerts
- Ensure high availability, regular backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and cybersecurity experts
- Maintain 24/7 operational stability for enterprise applications
- Implement system hardening and security best practices
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Linux system administration experience
- Experience with RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu production environments
- Experience with HAProxy, Nginx, virtualization, and SSH tunneling
- Familiarity with SELinux, firewallD, and system hardening standards
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks
- Experience with Ansible automation
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools (Zabbix/Nagios/Prometheus)
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning
- Bonus: Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems
