The Role:

The successful candidate needs to have an eye for detail and will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate amongst the group. This role requires strong expertise in property law, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to real estate: purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, development agreements, construction contracts.
  • Assist in undertaking due diligence on property acquisitions.
  • Advise on legal risks and liabilities in real estate transactions.
  • Manage closings of real estate and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the business, stakeholders and management.
  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up to date with changes in real estate and property law in various territories and provide proactive guidance.
  • Collaborate with relevant operational stakeholders to ensure that the relevant property meets the needs of the business.


Key Skills:

  • Law degree and admission to practice law in EU / Gibraltar / UAE
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience practicing real estate law.
  • Proven experience handling a broad range of real estate matters.
  • Strong understanding of local, regional, and national property laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
