• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Lead global service delivery for Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other transactional/strategic services.

• Champion the adoption of digital tools (RPA, AI, analytics, ERP, cloud solutions) to optimize processes.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and build advanced analytics capabilities.

• Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team across multiple hubs/locations.

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in shared services/GBS, consulting, or operations leadership.
• Strong experience in digital transformation (automation, AI, ERP, analytics)
• Cross-industry FMCG and cross-geography experience preferred.
