The role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Intern to support our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. This role involves both outbound calls to potential partners and handling inbound interest, with a focus on scheduling meetings for our Business Development team.

As the Lead Generation focusing on expanding our Softpos business, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound queries and convert interest into qualified leads
  • Engage with outlet staff and managers to introduce Qlub’s value proposition
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging

What Were Looking For

  • Relevant business degree;
  • Fluency in English is a must and Arabic would be advantageous
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer service preferred
  • Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Understanding of payment terminals business - experience in sales for payment terminals is a plus;
  • Strong network of decision makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors;
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
  • You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
