Kindergarten Teacher (225-715)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities.
• Assess and monitor students' progress to tailor learning objectives effectively.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs of each student.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and milestones.
• Encourage students to develop social skills through cooperative play and group activities.
• Incorporate both structured activities and free play to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom materials and resources to engage students actively.
• Instill respect, empathy, and responsibility in students to foster emotional growth.
• Collaborate with school staff to support overall student development and school programs.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on each child's progress and behavior.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on educational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• State licensure or certification for teaching at the kindergarten level.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with young learners.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere for students.
