The Key Account Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing the company's most important client relationships.   • Assist in the development and implementation of client-specific sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or related roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key clients and attend meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize contracts with key stakeholders.
