Key Account Manager

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Key Account Manager for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
• Identifying, mapping, engaging and managing ecosystem stakeholders across the region
• Serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders and company, ensures resource prioritization and allocation, and drives solutions that accelerate outcomes.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for partnership with local health authorities; initiating market access initiatives
• Ensuring the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science. An advanced degree/MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of UAE healthcare system, processes and governance
• Excellent customer engagement and management skills
• Strong network within the pharma industry and customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
