Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive UAE (Hotels) who will achieve company's sales objectives in the UAE market by developing and executing sales strategies and fostering relationships with key customers (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, catering companies etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams in luxury hotels and fine dining establishments.
  • Achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets and KPIs for our products.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., seasonal menus, bulk contracts).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, Sales team) to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.

Required:

  • BA -BS in Business/Marketing, Food Science, or Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG and/or 5+ years in B2B food sales, preferably with precooked/ready-to-eat meat products.
  • Deep understanding of UAE’s hotel/restaurant supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Persuasive negotiator, problem-solver, and culturally savvy (UAE hospitality norms).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
