As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and market trends for strategy development.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Track and forecast key account metrics to guide decision-making and planning.
  • Resolve complex issues and challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Design and implement new sales strategies to improve revenue generation.
  • Coordinate product training and demonstrations to educate clients effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in client interactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business productivity tools.
  • Capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
