Job Description

The Key Account Associate plays a crucial role in supporting and growing key business accounts within our organization. This position demands a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about customer engagement, has an eye for detail, and possesses the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. As a Key Account Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, helping to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate with various departments internally to meet our clients' needs and drive business growth. A successful candidate will be results-driven, an excellent communicator, and adept at problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account status and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and forecast clients' sales activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to secure positive client experiences and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders and requirements.
  • Analyze key account data to identify trends and insights for improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate on strategy development to drive revenue growth in assigned key accounts.
  • Organize and participate in meetings between key clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to increase client retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client interaction effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed client account strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive client satisfaction.
