Job Description

The Jewellery Sales Executive position is a pivotal role within our organization, aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in the luxury jewelry market. This position demands an individual who is passionate about exquisite jewelry designs and possesses excellent sales and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. They will also be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in jewelry and effectively communicate the unique qualities and craftsmanship of our products to clients. This role also requires the skillful handling of high-value transactions and fostering lasting relationships with clientele, making each purchasing experience memorable and exclusive.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide an exceptional jewelry shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to assist customers in their selection.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain the visual aesthetics and display of the jewelry collection.
  • Handle high-value sales transactions accurately and securely.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clientele.
  • Keep up-to-date with jewelry trends and competitor offerings in the market.
  • Assist in the arrangement and promotion of in-store events and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and assortment.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
  • Provide detailed information on warranties, gem certifications, and jewelry care.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize brand presence and outreach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in luxury goods or jewelry sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interaction.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Extensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
