Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. As a leading logistics and relocation company, we rely heavily on technology to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, the IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal staff across various departments. You will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, maintain network systems, install and configure computer systems, and provide timely solutions to technical issues.

Ensuring data security, managing system backups, and supporting remote access solutions are also key components of this position. You will also assist in the implementation of new technologies and support system upgrades and IT infrastructure improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and networking environments, desktop support tools, and office productivity applications is essential.

Experience with server maintenance, antivirus programs, and basic knowledge of cloud-based systems will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are critical for success in this role.
