IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely completion of IT projects within budget and scope.
• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants, to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates, issues, and changes to stakeholders and project team members on a regular basis.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and make decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance project productivity and success.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
