Network Operations Engineer Job Responsibilities and Objectives 1. Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and optimization of the international logistics business network, ensuring network stability, security, and efficiency, and taking timely risk prevention and emergency measures; 2. Responsible for the deployment and implementation of network equipment and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of business, and also responsible for the daily maintenance of office and operational production equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation of equipment; 3. Collaborate with business departments to complete project introduction and landing maintenance support, manage network assets, ensure asset security and accuracy; 4. Establish and iterate IT technology standards related to business, improve network stability and work efficiency through technological innovation, lead or participate in special projects, ensuring high-quality project implementation; 5. Work closely with the team, travel abroad irregularly according to business needs to support business implementation, have a customer-centered service consciousness and sense of responsibility, and have excellent learning ability, problem-solving ability, and communication and cooperation spirit. Job Requirements 1. Educational Background Educational Requirements: Associate degree or above, majors in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, or other related fields are preferred; 2. Work Experience Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in network operations, experience in implementing and maintaining medium to large networks (over 200 terminals), experience in data center and network planning, implementation, and operations management; 3. Ability Requirements: Technical Ability: Can independently install, debug, and maintain mainstream network equipment from manufacturers such as Huawei, Ruijie, H3C, Cisco, etc.; familiar with firewall, switch, security, wireless, and other product configurations; proficient in mainstream operating systems such as WINDOWS, Linux, macOS, etc., and proficient in server operations management; Language Ability: Good command of English, CET-4 or above certificate is preferred; Industry Experience: Can travel abroad irregularly to support business implementation according to business needs; 4. Basic Qualities Team Collaboration: Have good communication and teamwork skills, can efficiently cooperate with business departments, and jointly promote project progress; Problem Solving: Have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, can face complex scenarios and propose effective solutions; Sense of Responsibility: Have a strong sense of responsibility, be serious and responsible for work, and can bear certain work pressure; Service Consciousness: Have a customer-centered service consciousness, pay attention to business needs, be good at discovering and solving problems; Learning Ability: Have outstanding learning ability, pay attention to industry dynamics, can continuously learn and explore new technologies, and improve professional ability.
