Job Description
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in a specific geographic area. This includes developing and executing account strategies, identifying upselling opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Territory Account Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities and negotiate contract renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to address customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities in the territory.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
