VP - FTP Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Vice President of FTP Policy. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) policies and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define and monitor the methodologies used in FTP for various business units and ensure accurate transfer pricing calculations.
• Conduct regular reviews of FTP policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with finance, risk management, and business units to establish FTP rates, curves, and structures.
• Analyze the impact of interest rate changes and market conditions on FTP and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on FTP policies, methodologies, and processes.
• Monitor FTP metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the FTP framework.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to FTP and incorporate them into the organization's policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on FTP policies, methodologies, and performance for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead FTP policy discussions and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and optimization of FTP practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, treasury, or banking industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) policies.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
