About This Role
Renaissance Global are recruiting for a International Sales Consultant for our Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey business to join our growing team based in Dubai.
As the International Sales Consultant for the Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, you will identify and generate new business opportunities with international schools across a diverse and fast-growing region.
The International Sales Consultant will be accountable for the development and delivery of strategic business growth across their allocated territory. They will develop quarterly plans to support continued growth and increase the market share of international schools, as well as working with existing customers to increase their use of the Renaissance portfolio.
The role will involve direct sales activities, analysis of market data to support business development activities, extensive customer interactions to include the full customer life cycle, close collaboration with colleagues from other departments as well as accurate reporting and forecasting of sales activities. The successful candidate should be culturally aware and confident to present to a variety of audiences, as well as have strong solution selling skills across a diverse market.
International Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities
- When looking at the responsibilities can be broken down into the following areas:
- Identify new opportunities for growing international business development within Qatar and Saudi Arabia
- Create business case for travel internationally, to include risk analysis and be responsible for travel, transport and accommodation bookings
- Consultative solution selling and closing deals with new and existing customers
- Actively engage with customers to sell products and services through a variety of channels
- Maintain product and market knowledge to enable successful business development activities
- Evaluate market data and trends, insight of international school profiles to develop regional strategies to support business growth
- Onboarding for assessment trials and further training support
- Manage coordination of activity for international conferences and be the “face” of Renaissance at International Events to aid business development opportunities.
- Events Management; arrange and run international seminars which will involve presenting to current and prospective customers and venue arrangements
- Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts using internal reporting tools and procedures.
- Accurately maintain records, customer details and sales activities through internal CRM and processes
- Relationship management and exceptional service delivery both internally and externally
- Achievement of agreed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Build key advocates (guest speakers at conferences; case studies etc.)
Skills And Experience Required
To be considered for the role of International Sales Consultant for Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment, ideally from a Education Sales Technology or SaaS company.

Additional Information
This is role is a Hybrid role based out of our newly acquired, Internet City Dubai offices, with the expectation with some travel to other offices as required for team meetings.

We offer a competitive salary of up to 196,463.65 AED per annum, dependant on experience, with the ability to earn up to 196,463.65 AED per annum in commission, Plus lots of amazing benefits.
The successful applicant will be hired initially under an EOR, and then transferred to being A Renaissance employee, once the office is fully operational.
