About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intern to join the Concierge team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Constantly provide an approachable, helpful and friendly service to colleagues and guests alike
• Assist the sales team in various tasks related to promoting and selling the companys services, which could include hotel accommodations, event spaces, dining options, and other amenities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and organizing sales materials and presentations.
• Maintain archive organization and ensure documentation accessibility for the team.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of group events and operations.
• Dedicate time to acquiring relevant knowledge in Marketing and Communication to enhance task performance.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude
• Fluency in the English language
• Preferably speaks an additional language
