Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of civil, Structural & Architectural works, ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Review plans, drawings, and blueprints to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship, identifying any deviations from approved plans or specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
• Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams regarding best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate project updates, recommendations, and resolutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field.
• 8+ year of proven experience (minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE OR Gulf) working as a Civil Inspector or similar role in the construction industry for Tower & Villa projects.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to civil, Structural and architectural.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
• multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software applications.
• Ability to work (Inspect Civil, Structural and Architectural related works) independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
