Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on the immigration process and procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate visa applications.
• Assess clients' eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Maintain thorough records and documentation for each client's case.
• Offer support in preparing for interviews and providing trial & appeal assistance.
• Facilitate communication between clients and immigration authorities as needed.
• Handle queries and concerns from clients regarding visa and compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and workshops about immigration processes to internees.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and government agencies for case resolutions.
• Prepare comprehensive client reports and present progress updates regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or related field required.
• Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role necessary.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of immigration laws and policies essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous for diverse client support.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
