Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with a technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and standards, including EPA regulations compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commuting and job site visits.
