About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Manager to join our Human Capital department in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and effective leadership of the HR team
  • Use HR data and insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or related industry.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management (or international equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree in HRM or international equivalent
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Intermediate), problem solving, leadership and team management, creativity, project management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages relevant to key markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
