We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing a variety of human resources functions, from recruitment to employee relations and benefits administration. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster growth.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes.
  • Address employee relations issues by conducting investigations and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Provide counsel and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement and diversity initiatives.
  • Handle payroll processing and resolve related queries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support large-scale organizational projects and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desired.
  • Professional HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
