Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will serve as a vital part of our Human Resources team, ensuring smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive organizational culture. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a meticulous and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in nurturing an inclusive and friendly work environment and must be adept at managing employee queries and ensuring they receive appropriate support. Your support in maintaining efficient HR workflows will be instrumental in enhancing employee satisfaction and improving our company's overall performance.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure company compliance with labor laws.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and work with managers on employee evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, leave, and company policies promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits and update HR procedures as necessary for best practices.
  • Assist in designing employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • Work alongside management to resolve employee conflicts and boost job satisfaction.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support employee engagement efforts to foster a vibrant company culture.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to improve HR practices and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find practical HR solutions.
  • Professional HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is advantageous.
