Job Description

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating a productive, harmonious, and growth-oriented workplace environment. This position demands a strategic approach to managing all aspects of human resources, ranging from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. An HR Manager must ensure that the company's human resources policies align with best practices and support the organization’s goals. They act as a bridge between the management and employees, ensuring effective communication and fostering a culture of open feedback. An HR Manager is expected to have strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of labor laws, and the ability to implement and oversee HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and accountability.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
  • Cultivate and foster a supportive and positive working environment and culture.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Manage and improve communication systems within and across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and performance benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including modern HR software solutions.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to drive organizational goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective engagement.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
