Job Summary

We seek a well-organised and detail-oriented HR Professional to support daily human resources and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with working knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour regulations considered a plus. This position plays a key role in supporting recruitment, employee records, compliance, and day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and adhere to internal company policies.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

· Maintain accurate employee data, leave records, and coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs.

· Support performance management tracking, probation evaluations, and related documentation.

· Draft HR letters, contracts, memos, and internal communication.

· Oversee office administrative tasks including office supply management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.

· Coordinate with PRO for visa processes, renewals, health insurance, and other government-related procedures.

· Maintain filing systems, staff documentation, and assist with HR reports and audits.

· Support internal events, meetings, and training logistics.


Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE; familiarity with Saudi Arabia labour law is a plus.

· Good understanding of UAE and KSA labour regulations, visa processes, and HR compliance.

· Familiarity with Saudi platforms such as GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem, or Qiwa is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

· Highly organised with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
