Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our human resources team, providing administrative support in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance. Your role involves ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with departments, handling sensitive information, and supporting HR projects and initiatives. As a pivotal support role, you will work closely with HR managers and specialists to support the recruitment process, manage employee documentation, and assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies. This position requires a high level of organization, keen attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and orientations.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with departments to facilitate and support HR-related inquiries and tasks.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Manage HR calendars, including scheduling meetings and events for the HR team.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and documentation.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and statistics as required.
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and training sessions to enhance HR services.
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to employee inquiries and processing HR paperwork.
  • Assist with benefit administration tasks and employee enrollments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to identifying and solving problems.
