Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily HR functions and ensuring that the HR department operates efficiently. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing employee records, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and providing support to both the HR department and employees. Your role is central to fostering a positive workplace environment and maintaining a culture of trust and openness. You will also assist in the recruitment process, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and documentation on a regular basis.
  • Process payroll changes and ensure timely delivery of payroll-related documents.
  • Support the recruitment function by posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to support employee development.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and materials.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an HR administrative position or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
