We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed hotel. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures for hotel departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment through effective leadership and communication.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities of hotel staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the hotel environment.
  • Monitor hotel performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify and pursue marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Network with local businesses and organizations to enhance the hotel's reputation and reach.
  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain hotel records and reports with accuracy and confidentiality as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a prompt and efficient decision-making capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, including PMS and reservation systems.
